Alaskan Red Ginseng, Fish Maw, Dried Scallop, and Pork Rib Soup:

1. Cut the rehydrated Alaskan red ginseng into pieces and set aside.

2. Cut the rehydrated fish maw into small pieces with kitchen shears and set aside.

3. Take 3-4 pieces of pork ribs, cut them into small chunks, and place them in a pot with water, cooking wine, and ginger. Bring to a boil, then drain the water, rinse with clean water, and set aside.

4. Prepare a large pot, fill it 2/3 with water, add 5-6 dried scallops. You can also add shiitake mushrooms according to your preference (shiitake mushrooms should be soaked in water for 20 minutes, then rinsed clean before adding to the pot), carrots, and the prepared pork rib chunks. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 1-1.5 hours.

5. Add the prepared Alaskan red ginseng to the soup and continue to simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.

6. Add the prepared fish maw pieces to the soup, continue to simmer on low heat for 20 minutes, then add 20-30 goji berries and a small amount of salt.

7. You can add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, MSG, and other seasonings according to your personal taste to enhance the flavor of the soup. Once the soup boils again, it is ready to be served.

The cooked soup is incredibly fresh and savory, rich in collagen, delicious and beneficial for beauty.
