South American Wild Grouper Fish Maw and Mexican Sea Cucumber in Abalone Sauce Rice
Method:
1. Remove fishy odor from rehydrated fish maw, cut into small pieces, and set aside.
2. Cut rehydrated sea cucumber into small pieces and set aside.
3. Blanch asparagus in hot water, cut into small sections, and set aside.
4. Place fish maw and sea cucumber in a small pot, add abalone sauce and 1 small bowl of hot water, simmer over low heat for 7-10 minutes until the abalone sauce is fully absorbed. Remove from heat and plate. Pour the cooked rice onto the plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and add the asparagus. You can also add other meats such as ham according to personal preference.
