Suggested Ways to Consume American Ginseng:
1. Sucking Method: Place American ginseng in a pot and steam over low heat for 10-15 minutes until softened. Then, slice the ginseng thinly with a knife. After air-drying naturally, store it in the refrigerator. You can take one slice at a time, 2-4 grams daily, holding it in your mouth and chewing thoroughly.
2. Powder Infusion Method: Grind American ginseng into a fine powder. Take 5 grams and add to boiling water, stirring slowly and evenly. Turn off the heat, cover for about 5 minutes, then pour and drink. You can also add goji berries, red dates, etc., for better results.
3. Stewing Method: Slice American ginseng. Add 2-5 grams daily to a ceramic bowl with an appropriate amount of water and soak for 3-5 hours. Seal the bowl opening, then place it in a pot and steam for 20-30 minutes before consuming.
4. Soup Method: Slice American ginseng thinly. Take about 5 grams and stew with pork ribs, chicken, or other meats for 2-3 hours before eating.
5. Porridge Method: Take 50 grams of rice, wash it, and cook it into porridge with water. Once the porridge boils, add 5 grams of fine American ginseng powder and continue cooking until the porridge is done. It is recommended to consume this for breakfast daily.
6. Wine Infusion Method: Place 30 grams of American ginseng in a clean vessel. Soak it in 500 grams of rice wine, seal it, and let it steep for 30-60 days before using. Refill with wine when it runs out. If the flavor becomes weak, eat the ginseng.
Gentle Reminder:
Due to the cool nature of American ginseng, pregnant women and children under 10 years old should not consume it.
