花胶海参鲍鱼汁盖饭

南美野生石斑鱼的鱼胶和墨西哥腰参加阿一鲍鱼汁盖饭

做法:

1. 将泡发好的鱼胶去腥剪小块备用

2. 将泡发好的腰参切小块备用

3. 芦笋过热水切小段备用

4. 将花胶,腰参放入小锅加鲍鱼汁和1小碗热水慢火煮7-10 分钟待鲍鱼汁完全入味后起锅装盘。将煮好的米饭倒入盘中,撒上芝麻,配上芦笋,可按个人口味配上火腿等其他肉类便可食用。
