桃胶火龙果羹

桃胶火龙果羹:

1. 取少量桃胶放清水浸泡10-12 小时,再用清水冲洗干净备用。

2. 清水烧开后放入浸泡好的桃胶,(锅里尽量多放水,因桃胶受热后会发大)转慢火煮30-40 分钟,可按个人口味放入冰糖搅拌均匀待冷却。

3. 取一个火龙果剥开皮切小块备用。

4.待桃胶冷却后,放入切好的火龙果,也可按个人口味加入牛奶或椰子奶。即可食用。
