Description
天麻有镇静、镇痛、抗惊厥作用;能增加脑血流量，降低脑血管阻力，轻度收缩脑血管，增加冠状血管流量;能降低血压，减慢心率，对心肌缺血有保护作用;天麻多糖有免疫活性。天麻治偏正头痛，首风攻注，眼目肿疼昏暗，头目旋运，起坐不能
常规用量：
内服：煎汤，1.5～3钱；或入丸、散。
注意事项：
不易长期服用，气血虚甚者慎服。
天麻的吃法
天麻炖鸡
材料：母鸡1只（重约1500g），天麻15g,水发冻菇50g,鸡汤500g,调料适量。
烹制方法：将天麻洗净切片，放入碗中，上笼蒸10min取出。鸡去骨切成小块，用油氽一下，捞出。葱、姜用油煸出味，加入鸡汤和调料，倒入鸡块，用文火焖40min，加入天麻片，再焖5min，勾芡，淋上鸡油。食法、食量：佐餐或单食均可。
天麻烧牛尾
材料：天麻10g，牛尾2条，母鸡肉、肘子、干贝母、调料知适量。
烹制方法：将天麻洗净放入罐内，加清水上笼蒸透切片。用母鸡、肘子肉同煮汤。将牛尾按骨节缝剁开放入锅内，加水、葱、姜、白酒煮开以去异味，再将已去掉异味的牛尾挑入煮好的母鸡、肘子汤锅内，同时也将火腿、干贝、调味品放入汤内，用文火煨2h，熟后将牛尾、母鸡、肘子挑起，整齐地码入盘中，然后再将天麻片镶于盘周围，淋上熟淀粉，浇上香油即成。
食法、食量：每天食肉、喝汤1-2次。
