Brewing instructions:
1. Take 3-4 Chrysanthemum buds and place them into a 400ml glass cup.
2. Add boiling water (100°C) until about 7-8 tenths full, cover, steep for 3-5 minutes, then drink while hot.
3. When about 1/3 of the tea remains, add more boiling water to ensure a more consistent tea concentration throughout.
4. You can add sugar or honey, or steep it with any other tea you like, such as roses or goji berries.
5. Always use freshly boiled water to steep Chrysanthemum to extract the pollen effectively. Do not use water from a water dispenser, as its temperature is often not high enough.
