Yunnan dried porcini mushrooms

  • Selected wild, delicious porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis) from the deep mountains of Yunnan, retaining their original aroma and nutrients. The caps are full and thick, with firm and chewy flesh. These dried mushrooms are easy to store. Rich in protein, amino acids, and trace elements, they are low in fat and healthy. They enhance the flavor of soups, add aroma to stir-fries, and impart a delicious taste to rice dishes, unlocking the true essence of mountain delicacies!
    Cooking Instructions
    Soaking: Soak in warm water (40-50℃) for 30-40 minutes, ensuring the water covers the dried mushrooms. Wash off any dirt or sand and set aside.

    Stewing: Stew with chicken or pork ribs for 1 hour; the mushroom aroma will infuse into the broth, doubling the umami flavor.

    Stir-frying: After soaking, quickly stir-fry with sliced meat and green peppers, then sprinkle with a little minced garlic for added fragrance.

    Braised Rice: Cook with rice, and stir well before serving; the mushroom aroma will penetrate every grain of rice.

    Cold Salad: After soaking and blanching, slice the mushrooms, then mix with soy sauce, sesame oil, and cilantro.
